17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

The Lord God has nine gifts of the Holy Spirit that can manifest in the life of a Christian. Many people are scared of tongues as they think that most people with tongues have a false tongues and they are being deceived by Satan. People who believe this, do not believe that the good and perfect gifts come from the Father.

A medium can speak of people who have died and these people who do this make a good living and bring a lot of comfort to the people they deal with. So to, the Lord Jesus can tell me how a person' relative is going in heaven.

A Clairvoyant can see into the future with a crystal ball or with tarot cards, and the same can be done by a Christian with the gift of prophecy from the Father. Each person that speaks by prophecy gets a perfect and good gift from the Father and yet they can grow in faith and say better and longer prophecies as their faith grows. The gift a clairvoyant has is just a corruption of the gift from God.

A Clairvoyant can tell you real details about your past or present or facts about people that you know and love. So too, can a Christian get words of knowledge that are accurate to the hearer and can build in them faith that the person that is bringing the information is God. Jesus used a word of knowledge with the woman at the well saying that she had been with five husbands and the man she was with now was not her husband.

A Clairvoyant can give you steps to take in your life so that your destiny will come true. A Christian also can give words of wisdom, which are directional words by God for the person to reach their destiny in God. The Prophets of old were consulted by the Kings of Israel as to how they were to fight in a war with their enemies. When they did what the Lord said through the prophets, they had success.

People can be healed by witchdoctors and Hindu priests. This demonic illness can be dealt with by the priest. And healing can be done by ordinary Christians with the prayer of faith, or by larger amounts by a person with the gifts of healing.

People can go from one place to another with their whole body within the circles of witchcraft. So too, a Christian can translate from one place to another as Stephen did after speaking to the eunuch in the book of Acts.

Witches can astral travel, where they can go wherever they want with their spirit as their body stays where they left from. So too, Christians can have visions and be caught up into heaven or other places. He great healer John G Lake went with his spirit over many countries into a psychiatric ward and healed a patient and came back.

Witches can disappear at will so that once they are in front of you and next you cannot see them. So too, Jesus did this on many occasions when he was on earth and they wanted to stone him. I personally have had this happen a couple of times in my life where I disappeared.

Rest assured that the gifts come from the Father and anything that the dark side can do, so too, can the church do in days to come. God's gifts are wonderful.
