Do Not Give What is Holy to Dogs and Your Pearls Before Swine - Matthew 7:6

Have you ever wondered what this means. For years I did not have a clue and I paid the consequences with swine turning on me and hurting me. Let us look at it.

Matthew 7:6 (New King James Version)

6 "Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

In 2 Peter Chapter 2 Peter talks about Christians that have turned from the right way and strayed from the path of righteousness. He says they are like dogs that return to eat their own vomit and pigs who once washed return to wallow in the mud.

Jesus is saying here that although these people might be still in your church you are not to share with them the revelation you have found in the Bible or the big things that have happened in your life.

There are things that are really precious to me. I just can't help myself sometimes and I share them with people. I have learned slowly unless a person is on fire with the Lord that it is hopeless to share big things with them.

It's amazing that the more successful person is, the more they love me. I have met two apostles that both loved to sow their time into me and both of them revealed to me my calling in the five fold ministry. Now many people, I am sure do not believe in a modern day apostles, but even in their church structures they have men in management in their denominations that are similar to apostles in the Pentecostal churches.

One of the apostle was named Mutu and he listened to all of my supernatural stories of visions I have had and he told me they were all authentic and I hadn't been deceived in any of them. Now he was a person that wasn't a dog or swine. He was a man that could encourage me in my walk and I heard from a friend that often heard him preach oversees, that he was using my stories as illustrations in his sermons.

If you tell a person that you have been to heaven and conversed with God the Father, Jesus says you better make sure that is not a lukewarm Christian, but one that is very committed to the Lord.
